Context of the Role:
Our customers manage the Operations, Logistics and the Inventory of their modern tank terminals today with our terminal management system (TMS) OpenTAS.
The next generation OpenTAS NG will be a new certified Microsoft ISV Solution on Microsoft Dynamics D365 SCM and Field Service, Microsoft Power Platform and Azure Cloud.
Key Tasks:
- As an expert in professional services, you will support the development of our new ISV Solution based on Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations and Power Platformto to meet the requirements of our customers
- You will work in our internal team on the development of the new generation of OpenTAS. You will carry out process analyses and define target processes and SCM solutions using the Microsoft D365 standard functionalities. During the project you will define test cases meeting industry requirements and conduct functional- and integration tests
- You will support the Test-Team to prepare trainings and you will train the colleagues
- Your tasks will include preparing, conducting and following up on pilot customer presentations and workshops in German and English
- If you wish, you can also work on customer implementations or in the service organization later on.
Stellenanforderungen
Required Skills:
- You have successfully completed a degree in economics, business informatics or comparable professional training
- Relevant professional experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service environment
- Sound experience in the design and conception of solutions for complex business problems
- Structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Proactive planning and efficient execution of tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead workshops and discussions with colleagues and customers
- Proof of relevant Microsoft certification
- Preferred skills in agile techniques such as Scrum or Kanban
- Fluency in German and English
