Your tasks:

  • You work daily with iGOS.
  • You take on tasks in the Clearing Center.
  • You create LINUX scripts.
  • You support projects for new and existing customers.
  • You proactively find, analyze, and correct issues.
  • You support customer processes.
  • You perform technical work in the Clearing Center.
  • You assist in categorizing and discussing customer requirements and are a reliable contact for existing customers.
  • You proactively support your colleagues and contribute to the smooth running of the entire team.



Stellenanforderungen

What you bring along:

  • You should have basic knowledge of Linux and Clearing Center.
  • Good knowledge of CSI/CSO is required.
  • You should have good knowledge of PL/SQL.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products is necessary.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP is desirable.
  • Good knowledge of oil and gas processes is expected.
  • You need to be able to analyze situations and processes systematically and in a structured manner.
  • Decision-making ability is a key requirement.
  • You should be familiar with handling the Outlook Ticketing Tool, CSI/CSO, PL/SQL, CC routes and folders, and Linux scripts.
  • A willingness to learn new technologies is expected from you.
  • You must be able to quickly adapt to new situations.
  • Customer and service orientation are crucial for this role.
  • Responsibility and reliability, especially in communication with customers, are essential.
  • Team spirit and a strong willingness to collaborate are important.
  • You should be able to work independently and in a structured manner.
  • Stress tolerance is necessary for this position.
  • Reliability and accuracy are expected from you.
  • Flexibility is required.
  • You are willing to travel occasionally, both nationally and internationally (approximately 5% of your work time).
  • Good German language skills (at least "good" level) and fluency in English are required.
